[TI] Can anyone explain why the Chat for Global Europe 4 is not working?

    I have tried multiple times re-logging in and out and as i enter client and constantly try to refresh the chat it does not not budge in anyway whatsoever... I cannot see global, clan, company or group titles or information/messages that players have posted
