[TI] Cannot Claim Cyborg Pet

    Good morning,

    I logged in this morning to claim the 'Frost Cyborg PET design' and I clicked 'Claim in the window using the Darkorbit application. The PET design is not showing up in my ship inventories and I cannot click 'Claim' again because the button is greyed out. There is no Green checkmark for the Frost Cyborg PET design in the window for the 'Exclusive Clientele's Calendar.'

    Please assist!
