Can't Buy Shop

    I tried to buy hellstorm rockets, fuels for my lovely p.e.t, wont work. Information about me in the game.

    Nope all it did is Just made a check mark green and turn the buy box into yellow and the Buy Now box doesn't even shows up and i got 651 uri and i tried to buy 2000 fuels for my p.e.t and it doesn't do anything and let me do a favor. Move your mouse over the box then look at left-down-corner and see if it says javascript:void(0);. If it don't and if its different then that must be a problem. Thanks for replying anyway.

    Wikedkillerwhale12, When you try to purchase an item, are you presented with an error message? If so, can you please screen shot it and post it here or type the text of the error message so we can try to determine the cause?

    It says nothing...
    ._. it didn't do nothing. It wont loads it wont let the box popped out that strange.

    Wikedkillerwhale12, Have you made sure your Java and Flash players are up to date? Also, please follow the directions >Here< to clear your cache after updating those applications. Can you post your UserID and the server you are having the issue on?

    I have done further investigation in to your account. I logged in to you back page and attempted to make a PET fuel purchase. Please check you Banking Balance in the uridium tab.

    It should show the purchase of 4 PET fuel total 1 Uridium.

    So I could not replicate your issue, therefore the issue would have to be something with either the Flash player or the browser.

    I hope that this helps to resolve your issue.
