Can't Connect to Game

I really need help, i just bought my new Macbook pro 13" and tried to play the game on it, but it doesn't work. i can log in and get to all the different pages but when i hit start, the game screen loads, so i hit the green start button, and all it does is sit there with the green bar moving across the middle picture saying "Establishing Connection" I have installed adobe flash player, and tried different browsers. Could you tell me exactly what programs are needed to play the Game?

 

The only thing that you need in order to play the game is a moderate internet connection.

Try these things:

1. Clear your cache/ cookies
2. Try Firefox or Iron browser
3. Restart your computer
4. Reset your internet
5. Disconnect and reconnect to the internet

you may have to allow your computer to use the game via your browser 'allow' setting and firewall in/out rules.

If you do requireto reset you Cache and Flash Player, then please do use the redirects in my sig , just hover over them and click with your mouse.

i turned off my firewall completely and tried it again and it still doesn't connect. I've tried everything, I'm not sure why it will not connect

 

Stewie^Griffin^ - I have just checked to confirm, and there are no issues with the actual account, so it is definitely something computer-based at your end. The only program needed to run the game is FlashPlayer (and an internet browser). All I can suggest is to check that there is only one version of FlashPlayer installed - if there are multiple versions, make sure that only the official one from Adobe is active. You can get further information about configuring it from the Adobe website (did you install the version required for a Mac?).

The failure to establish connection is usually a problem with a full cache, so make sure that you have cleared your Browser and FlashPlayer caches fully before loading the game. You should also check that your FlashPlayer is optimised for maximum memory storage. You can do this through the links below:
