Cant Do Gamma Gate!! grrr

    Mhk so I spent $100 on galaxy gate spins and most of that went to getting my gamma gate. Everytime i go in after i pop about 4 bk my screen freezes then a reconnecting screen pops up and i log back in poped and before its running smoothly like nothing is wrong. i already went through 3 lives like this and even bought another for 10k and it just happened again. Is there a way i can get part of a refund for money or my gamma gate back or even my 10k uri from extra life? this is a very frustration happening and im trying to finish this gate for my kronos gate. Im not just poping cause im a noob everytime and im not sure if there is a way to prove it or not. ive also wasted about 40k whites on it so far..... =.='

    Anyone know how i can get some help?

    To get you gate lives returned now, you have to contact support. Explain that you have been having lag issues.

    Thank you -Pacman2- for assisting with this thread.

    If you didn't had a gate reset in last 1month then you will get your gamma gate reseted and you need to Contact Support for any further assistance on this issue.

    Closing as OP was directed to support.
