Cant jump to 5-3 !!!

i have been trying to jump from 5-2 to 5-3 for 3hrs but nothing happen i click jump and J and nothing happen it just give me that light when ur jumping and then i still in 5-2 and everything stop working i can still move and lock npcs and players but cant shoot and what ever i move in mini map i still at portal which lead to 5-3 i try to relog and clear cache etc and still the same i try to use the ship which i left in 5-3 but game doesnt connect

 

heh yeah that's the same for everyone I think, also that you can't make any damage on enemies but they can on you. For example, I shot at an EIC player and did absolutely no damage at all, then he starts shooting at me, full blast, nothing i can do about it...
This is a complete disaster and has been going on for hours and hours and BP does nothing about it, not even a server restart.

 

yeah server lag and game full of bugs now eic and vru useing this as adv to them from what i see in map one noob eic with no apais or zeus shoot down over 10 mmo with just x2 and x3 ammo and he didnt even get 1 hit ppl spent x4 rsb and nothing happen great work do

 

As we can understand your frustration with the lag situation. please know that many players experience lag issues and game screen issues when the Server has special events going on when things are newly added to the game. Due to the added graphics and the large quantity of players wanting to experience the new additions.

Below is a variety of reasons as to why you could be. experiencing these issues.

1. Web Browser is not up to date
2. Flash and java not up to date - or missing plug ins
3. Cache needs to be empty
4. Browser history may need to be cleared.
5. Distance from server
6. Computer graphic overload. (Graphics card slow or not enough Ram).
7. Internet type - Wifi, DSL, cable broadband or phone connection.
8. Programs Running in the Background

9. Possible server problem.

These are all things that could be causing the issue, these are just suggestions as to what the issue might be to help you resolve the current problem.

well it was for sure server problem cuz all mmo was trying to go from 5-2 to 5-3 but none can and everything in my pc is up to date and i have cleared cache and history twice and it was the same and the thing that make me sure that when server restart everything back to normal anyway u can close it now but if this problem happen again u will find me here again

 

its a game problem, hate to break it to you Astrea, but theres vru in 5-3 abusing the fact they aren't taking dmg, a ton of us on one guy he just sits there taking it not losing a thing and killed everyone.
