Cant log in keep getting a error help

Hello I have been away from a game for a while and now when I try to log in this error pops up
"http://int1.darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99"
I used to play on Global Europe 1 how do I play there again or what dose that error mean?

That means that your account is suspended for some reason, probably due to the following reasons:

Inactivity
Banned for cheating

 

Ok, I would first try and do a forgotten password.
Once you receive the email, with the link to reset the password, it should active the account.

If that does not work, you will need to contact support to see if you account has gone inactive and if they can assist you in reactivating it.

I always advise players to give up to 48 hours for a support response. In most cases they are able to respond very quickly however sometimes support do get busy and it may take longer.
