Can't log in, to play

    everytime i try to log in it wouldn't let me it saids this, (Please note that residents of the following states cannot participate in games/tournaments with cash prizes: Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee and Vermont. This also applies to residents of any other jurisdiction in which participation in cash-prize games/tournaments is restricted by law.) i Lived in North Carolina, and i really wanna get back to play in my account i dont wanna start a new one please someone help me.

    make sure the login informations correct otherwise you might have been banned theydont ban people for that thats for jackpot arena and hitac event and related winning of real life prizes
