Can't log in

    I can't get into the client my game doesn't load it just says loading at a full bar for hours someone please help?

    You have to watch it load... if you have been doing that try cleaning your cache and check for updates to Flash Player. If that all fails...message support.

    Thank you very much for assiting this player with there issue.
    As previously mention it does take a few moments for it to load, however if this does appear to be much longer than normal please try the following:

    Log out of the game... go to
    your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

    Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

    delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

    Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
