Can't log in

    Hi, I can not log into my account. Yesterday I wrote an offensive thing on chat but I was only joking which caused me bann from chat for 7 days. Now the question is: Did that silly thing I wrote on chat caused my account to be suspended ? I really hope it did not... I bought premiumn membership and rebate packs I have spent lot of years on this game and If u suspended my account it would have a devastating effect on me. Can you please do something and fix this misunderstanding so I could continue playing DO with my account ?

    First off, remove your email from the post to just save a mod doing it later. Nobody can really help you in the forums, support is the only place that can help but you have already contacted them so you just have to wait.

    When you try and log in what error message does it give you in the url bar? If you say which one it gives then there's a good chance we can at most tell if you are suspended or not.

    Yeah calmDown is definitely a suspension, just have to wait on support to tell you for how long, if you're lucky it will only be a 7 day for you and not 30 days.

    calmDown is a 2 day bann thing i think but ok maby its 30.And yea support is the way to go not forums

    Oh dear god ... I understand if I am banned from chat for faul mouth but from game ?? All those premium and rebate packs -.- -.- Sad day !
