Can't Log On

hi,

I'm new in forum & I'm here bcz I'm facing a problem...
when I click the START option, it takes several mins & when it lefts about 5% it stops loading...
I uninstall my browser & install the new version, bt, still facing the problem...

can anyone suggest me, what to do...???

Game for me has started messing up again, stupid lag and parts of the game wont load up, lasers keep stopping.. Becoming a joke.

 

I think its not about the lag problem... I'm facing my problem since Saturday... & still facing the prob... can't start the game.. before Saturday there was no problem of loading...

 

Well i couldn't either until yesterday, but now i can get on, but it's just become impossible to play. What a waste of money it was spending once again on mega.

 

What did U do for start the game...??

 

Try to restart your router, was having the same issue. I restarted my computer twice and cleared my cache didn't work so i tried the router and it fixed the problem.

 

I uninstalled my Model connection & my browser... then installed them both again... bt, still can't start my game page...!

 

use iron fierfox or crome ie is rubish i use ironworks fine

I would ask... have you cleared your flash data storage area recently?
If not I would recommend that you do so... Below is a link to that.

delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

I can open my game page... I cleared My browser history & cookies...! now it's ok
