Can't play

can't click start , it doesn't load ,its been like that for 12 hours now . at least for me , so when r u gonna fix it ?

 

Specifically what do you mean by it doesnt load? As in the start button is there but you can't click anything on the backpage screen?

 

that's what I mean ,and see all the browsers ? I've tried on all of them , deleted cookies and caches , etc ,nothing works , it just stays like that forever

 

Mine is the same. The Loading bar never reaches Start.
It's due to a Script that Big-point is running. The Script is named "Script.SWF.C217".
My anti-virus program recognizes it as a virus and will not allow the game to load.
There is no resolution until Big-point stops running the script.

 

they always screw their players in one way or another xD lol , even if its just a mistake .

 

This is clearly a false positive in your Antivirus program. Can you not add it to a whitelist in the program?

i have the same problem here.. i used diff browsers , cleared cache etc.. I have Bitdefender Antivirus ,any1 got any idea what should i do ?

I'm using Bitdefender Internet Security, been using it since 2011, and never had a problem with it and DO. I sent some info on this matter t support, but it seems to be a more active discussion withing the threads on the forums. My screen won't load, it usually only gets about half way, and just stays there. Bitdefender goes crazy picking up viruses left and right. It all seems to come back to this one file though "Script.SWF.C217". In this screen shot you'll see it. Here it only picks up 7 viruses. Earlier when I kept it on the start screen, went to the bathroom and came back it picked up 99+. I deleted them all obviously. Bitdefender doesn't give the option to accept anything suspicious on your own. The only way I could get onto DO would be to completely disable Bitdefender, which I will never do.


Note: I only covered up my computer name because it's my full name (that's where there's a black line through it)

 

Times like this made me wish I had a windows VM for testing on, but yea it looks like a false positive unless BP is running some weird Flash breaking flash script that's attempting to escape the security confines. Chances are a flash file with a similar content system to another SWF based exploit. Add exception + continue playing, nothing you can do about it until they patch it (given that network issues haven't been fixed either with ATT)

 

If I'm using Bitdefender Internet Security, how would I allow this to be excluded? I tried every option int he exclusion settings, refreshed and tried running it and it still detects this as a virus.

 

same here, I did an exclusion on my C drive and got in, but logged of for a little while now unable to log in again. I really don't want to disable Bitdefender totally just to play. This is BS and noone will be in until probably Tuesday. I'm P.Oed

We've been told by support that they are aware of the issue occurring for users who have ESET anti-virus software, and have already been in contact with ESET to resolve the issue (an update in their virus data base caused this).

I will pass on bitdefender to support to investigate and hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue soon.
