Cant Reddeem Evoucher.

    I had received an evoucher in the newsletter and when i go to redeem it i get an error saying code not found. I had typed it in exactly how i had it in the email and even copied and pasted the code in but get the same message.

    Can you please look to see when that evoucher was originally sent (the sent date). As far as I am aware, the one sent in feb expired on the 23rd.

    If you have recieved one dated after that you will nee to contact support.

    I received it on the 4th of feb. Didnt say it had any expiry date on it and have only just been able to get back on to dark orbit.

    Unfortunately those do not usually have an expiration. But I can tell, that most of these offers are 24-48 hours some will last a week but generally no longer. I am sorry that I cannot asssit you further with this matter.
