Can't Send Messages (Mail System)

Got this error despite the message I was trying to send being the first message I sent today. I did send a clan-wide message out last night (11:53pm, which is 00:53am server time) however judging by the error I assume messages sent to clan members don't count towards the message limit?

 

As this is the first time I have seen this, I will pass this on for further investigation... and you are sure that the mail you sent only went to members of your clan correct?

When I sent the clan-wide message, I clicked "EKE*" (my clan) so it got sent to all EKE* members and only EKE* members. I've also double-checked just now to make sure that it was sent to EKE* members only and I can confirm that it was.

Best I can do is pass it on and see what we can do about it... mind you I have no idea how long this is going to take. as there are many other items ahead of this one to be tested.

Okay. Thanks for passing it on. I'll try again in a min to see if I still get the error.
