Cargo Bay Problem

    Greetings,

    I haven't logged in and played DO in about a year. Today, logging back in to play again and do missions, I find my cargo bay is full - but the game will not allow me to trade in my resources. The resource screen shows that I have cargo, but shows zero amounts available to be sold. Trying to transport cargo to Skylab also shows no cargo available.

    I have re-logged in several times, closed my browser, etc... but nothing seems to help. I think I need a mod or dev to go in and tweak my account. Or, are there other suggestions?

    Could you please give this a try:

    Log out of the game... go to your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

    Then go to the flash player - here is a link> http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)

    Delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.


    Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

    Note: Please also try to un-equip and equip your equipments.

    No, I actually tried to send the cargo from the ship to SkyLab, but it said there was nothing to send.

    My error, the 1586 Sep onboard ship couldn't be sent because SkyLab is full. So, now I'll just have to 'burn it off'. Can't send anything (like Prom for the Generators) to the ship either.

    I tried the things you suggested. In particular, the Web Storage settings showed nothing being stored... but I had it delete all anyway. I've also unequipped and re-equipped my ship, but the Cargo Bay is still full and I'm not permitted to sell any of it (everything is grayed-out in the window).

    I'd also written to support, and 'REMOVED' replied. I had tried all of his suggestions as well... pretty much along the same as you've both suggested. No avail.

    I do not believe this has anything to do with data stored on my machine; I believe the problem is server-side within my account. So who manages that?
