Cargo glitch

Edit: Problem solved. It was actually seprom in my cargo bay. I am going to go crawl into a corner and cry in the fetal position now.

I can't have more than 10 cargo in my inventory, even though I should be able to hold 3000.

I regularly send Promerium from my Skylab to my ship to sell for credits. One day I sent 2989 instead of 3000 to my ship because I still had palladium or something in there. When it got to the ship, it showed up in the cargo capacity indicator on the ship window-- the thing that shows hitpoints, shields, and all that other good stuff.

I went to go sell it at the trading station in both maps 1-8 and 1-1, but no promerium showed up on the trade screen.

I sent one promerium to my ship, thinking it would sort of "update" the status of my ship's cargo and give me the ability to sell what I should have been able to sell. It just made the problem a little bit worse.

It has been two or three days since this happened. Trying to sell via trade drone or the pirate map's station doesn't work either.

Edit: I just got popped. I am down to 2392 unusable promerium.

(Also, my in-game name is AA.DEATH.METAL, but I log in using my previous name, GW.HEAVY.METAL, because AA.DEATH.METAL doesn't work for whatever reason. That happened about a year ago, but I didn't care because I didn't think it was that significant, but just in case, I gave this information here.)

Can i ask if you have a Lab CPU equipped to your ship? Also when you see it appear in the cargo indicator on the ship window, does that indicator remain full when you go to sell and find that there is no promerium to sell? It would be great if you could capture a screen shot of this.

I do not have a lab CPU equipped to my ship.

I am unsure of how to get a screen capture on here, but I've tried to link a picture from my Deviantart stash since there seems to be no way to upload an image. Here goes nothing:



So far it's only showing up as a generic photo icon of some sort.

Edit: Yes, the cargo indicator remains full while I pull up the trade screen.

 

You could check by going to the "Refining" tab in-game.

Seeing as you have found the issue to your problem i shall close the thread.

We've all been there though, i couldn't count the number of times i have had palladium and didn't realise.
