Cargo Issue! Mods Please Read!!!

Hi, I am clubus, and I have sent a customer support ticket, but I want to go ahead and see if anyone can help me with my cargo issue before I call customer support and waste my and their time, or send another support ticket to do a deeper analysis. So my issue is that I am a older user, and I have been on since 2011. I took a 2 to 3 year break (Cant remember how long I was out), and I come back to a very clean, slick game that is improved style wise and bug wise, but before I left, I think I sent a skylab cargo of 1200 Promerium to my ship, (This was before all of the improvements, but when the skylab was implimented for a few months I think) and I come back and play the game, and I sell all of my cargo, but I now ALWAYS have 1200 cargo after I collect a full cargo load and sell all of my stuff. I don't know what to do, and this is my last measure before I just go call customer support or send a support ticket. If the Mods or Admins can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

 

try moving your cargo so gens and see if it goes, and relog.

Is there any chance you could provide your User ID for us so we can try looking into this for you?

Also do you think you would be able to take a screenshot of your game with the refining page open to show you have no ores on your ship, and also with the ship tab open to display that you have this supposed 1200 cargo?
