cbs firing on own company

The other day I was guarding my CBS and accidently fired on it and it shot me down like i was the enemy! even after a emp, I think this needs to be changed please.

No i shot it way into the middle of a battle with the enemy, never got the message you cannot fire own you're own company

 

there's a traitor on the station

some maintenance man is undercover and causing havoc ( little joke )

This is not a bug, it's just the way CBS works. If you shoot if then you have to log out or jump in port to make it stop shooting at you. I think this the best way, because if someone from my own company with which i don't have war shoots my CBS, i want it to shoot back, so i feel this doesn't need to change. Are you sure that the CBS that destroyed you did not belong to a clan that you are at war with? I logged into GB1 on my admin police ship and was unable to shoot upon any of the Clan Battle Stations in the company, i kept getting the message;

"You cannot attack any Battle Stations that belong to a Clan in your company."

However as the users above have correctly stated, if for whatever reason you were able to shoot the Clan Battle Station then the CBS does have the right to protect itself otherwise it would be at risk of being destroyed.

Well Ddraig it was my own CBS that shot me down i owned it, built it. it just turned on me lol like a rabid pet or something ill because i mislocked on one of the modules, happened again last night to me and some others during a big battle, oh well guess ill have to live with it.

 

That is very intriguing, it should certainly not be shooting its own clan members.

I will have this issue tested and looked into.

i appreciate it, it really seems to happen when you are in battle, more than just going up to it and firing on it, not sure but you know how it goes nothing is perfect always something new or odd popping up in this game

 

here is something else that may help if you just fly up to a station and fire at it you do get that message, this is true but in the middle of a fight with the enemy when the base is in attack mode it apparently does not discriminate, any ship that fires on it, it considers the enemy even if you are in the clan that owns it.

 

Yea for some reason you can fire on it while it is attacking an enemy.

I have suspected something like this wood happen someday...

For so Long we have been tellin our Company Mates that we Have Spies among the Faithful.

I think that its just that.. One of these Spies infiltrated your Clan during the Construction of your CBS and inserted the " Non Discrimination Module "

you might have to Tear it down and examine all the Modules, after several FlashPlayer Reloads.. and perhaps the Purchase of the " HoundDog Drone "

These Spies .. enter a company and Shoot its members and Cause Such Drama Driving players to Switch companys and even... Leave Our MAPs and Never Return...

It would be nice if you couldnt Target and Fire on Any of you own Company..

Imperium was like that.. too bad.. its gone.. I left this MAP.. to stay in its realm.. until the second they shut the Server off..
but I got SpaceSick and Returned to "The DarkOrbit"
