    It's only out on certain times/ events. I would look out for it during the 4th of July event (if you play on US server).

    Unfortunately we don't get told when special items are going to be available in the shop. As cooljak has said its only available at certain times or during certain special events, so all you can do is keep an eye out.

    i heard on 4th july will be out USA design and not centaur , but lets wait 2weeks and we will see
