Change of info or lack of communication?

Can we have someone on the dev team take a look at the post regarding information about the Labyrinth event currently running?

Why post information like which is stated below when its not the same as the event which is actually live?

Was this a last minute decision to remove these items or is it bad communication between those which decide the key exchange and the poster or an error on the poster's part?

Come on guys, its not hard nor is it rocket science, its communication.

PS: I would have really liked to get some log disks from this event, but no, text on a screen is too hard to interpret and apply to a post on a forum.

So this thread was obviously forwarded to the team as the missing items have now miraculously appeared in the Battle Pass Exchange.

But what now? Alot of players have completed the battle pass and most probably used their keys on the assumption the items they want/need won't appear.

Is there going to be some kind of compensation for the missing items? I personally want logdisks, but as they weren't available at the time I completed the battle pass I used my keys on other thing, IE: Battle Pass Boxes.

If you expect us to buy Battle Pass Keys via the banking page to exchange them for the items because of a mistake made by the team, you may quickly choose that you are wrong.

I personally think a compensation of maybe 30 keys is good enough, 20 minimum just so we can exchange what we have missed out on.

I also used my keys thinking that these rewards were wrong and suddenly they show up now. Is there any mod that can forward that complaint maybe?

 

i wish diametrion would be added to battlepass in the future as its so hard to get .

 

Bot's get it easy doing gates 24/7 on weekends only legit players are restrained but players have been saying this for years now and never a response from mods.
I know I have done for sure 40 gates and 0 diametrion and support just says it's a chance lol.

 

you are allowed to ask for your money back in law as they ve failed to deliver the goods as advertised get on to support
