Changes to Drone Fomation stats

    After gathering a lot of community feedback, we have changed the stats for the Dome, Ring, and X drone formations as follows:

    RING
    · Rocket and Rocket launcher cooldown duration increased by 25%
    · Laser damage reduced by 25%
    · Speed reduced by 5%
    · Shield points increased by 120%

    DOME
    · Speed reduced by 50%
    · Laser Damage reduced by 50%
    · The shield regenerates a 0.5% per second
    · Shield points increased a 30%
    · Rocket and Rocket launcher cooldown duration reduced a 25%

    X
    · No honor rewarded
    · No PvP laser damage
    · +5% Laser Damage against aliens
    · +5% XP gained from aliens
    · HP of the ship increased by 8%
