changing email address

    My isp was bought by another internet service, and the email address no longer works, When i try to update my email address for Dark Orbit in Account Centre, the second stage of the process sends an email to the old email address, which of course i dont get. I have messaged support about the problem 5 times with new contact details and my tel number etc and a description of the problem and they dont get back to me. ive been trying to sort this for over 2 months so trying on here.

    If you messaged support, there is no point in making a forum post.

    If you recently messaged support it can take a couple days for them to respond and if they do not respond at all and its been longer, sometimes you need to follow up the message.

    Yes but as I said its been 2 months now since the first message to support, and I have followed it with 5 further messages, so 6 messages and 2 months wait and it was a moderator who suggested I did this!
    so I would love a suggestion other than making this forum post, but I have already done far more than your suggesting I do!

    I would suggest you to create a fresh ticket regarding your issue and also the reply from support may take up to 48hrs, so you need to Contact Support for further assistance.
