    It happened before, about a month ago. It sorted itself after a week or two. But here it is again.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the in-game chat system. Can you do us a favor and try the following:

    The "Authorization Failed" message in chat can sometimes be related to a number of issues. If you could please try the following things as they may help restore your chat to you:

    -Ensure that both your Flash & Java players are up to date.

    -Clear cache, including Flash & Java caches.

    -If still no luck, try checking that no programs are blocking chat from working. Sometimes this may be a result of antivirus or firewall.

    If this is still a issue can post back.
