Chat down - 01/05

Just wanted to report that on Global Europe 7 chat is not working. Trying to connect all night, but it won't connect.

its not janurary anymore.... it should be 5/01/2015

 

1.5.15 1st of may in uk if this is from janruary then big point has big probs

 

We are currently aware that the Europe servers are having a chat issue. This has been passed on and hopefully this matter will be resolved very soon.

the problem has een going on for at least 6 hours now... this is affecting the amount of people playing too... some only play for chat plus some have no communication... not good enough d.o....

 

I can truly understand your frustration, and the matter has been passed on. Please know that this issue happened to the US Servers last weekend and it took 4 days to get the chat back up and running. We are not disregarding the irritation of the situation, but you could look at it in a positive manner, At least there is no chat drama.

Ok so, if you talk about 01/05, in my country it means 1st May. So, please bare me with that. So, this thread is not from January.

haha, im loving it. yes, i am missing chat, but at least im getting a bit of my quest done. (no one can call for help unless they're on teamspeak, haha)

 

Global America 2 also has the chat continuous reconnect issue, as well as GB2.

 

this is gettting stupid is like 12 hs now that
the chat is till not fixed in gb2

Get the chat sorted please, it is no fun smashing the cheats on the game if I can't rub it in that their cheats they use don't help them when they pick a target that can fight back

 

How long does it take to restart a chat server?

Does it need to be wound up with a key or something?

 

If you managed to fix the US servers how come its taking so long to fix the GB servers? Surely you know what the problem is from the US servers or is it a different problem this time?

Ah yes but this has been going on for 3 days now, it wasnt the weekend when it first happend
