Chat down - 01/05

I don't think Germany have a bank holiday on Monday (i think it's only in UK), therefore i hope we will see the issues with chat be resolved then. However unfortunately Germany did have May Day holiday which is why we didn't see any fixes on Friday before the weekend.

Thank you all for your continued patience with this issue. We all hope it will be resolved soon.

lol i guess do did give us compensation for this chat problem- mhh goes to 390% extra uri instead of 300

 

yes compensation= more money for them.

dunno why any1 would pay for this crappy service...

-game is on 24/7 so why is there not at least one person on 24/7 to fix the problem?
-why not fix the problem on friday instead of just leave it for the weekend
-why is there such limited information on the problem anyway... tell us if u dont know whats going on, tell us it will be down for more than x days etc instead of saying "as quickly as possible" if its not as quickly as possible

everyday i see this game crumbling even more... favouritism, laziness, lack of communicaiton- bigpoint, what a great company

 

I worry about the future of this game sometimes. things happen for a reason

I believe support have found the gremlins and are currently equipping a highly skilled group of exterminators to eliminate the problems with chat. Hopefully they will have the critters eliminated and repair the damage caused

Hi Pilots and Interstellar communication users,

We have just had word from our engineers that the weekend comms outages were due to unwanted interference from outside our galaxies. This caused the security systems to kick in and unfortunately they had difficulty in resetting these measures. The engineers are currently working to override the security systems and ensure that any damage caused is repaired before resetting the system.

great news everyone as normal gb1 chat is slowly returning more and more getting it sory those who aint but gb1 is top class hopefully in few days rest you lot get yours back )
