    ive had this System: Authorization Failed message for 3 days now.

    Could you please give this a try:

    Log out of the game... go to
    your browser and clear the history (I know you have done this before) - Please humor me!

    Then go to the flash player - here is a link>

    (This is an actual web page - not just an image)

    delete All the websites in the Website Storage setting Panel.

    Then re-log in to the Game, Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
    If not could you please attempt this on a different web browser.

    yep, i have cleared cache ( clearing cache has actually becoem a daily thing for me now lol! Literally) and i did use the link you provided, but still no luck. i do have the latest flash player update, just recently this past week. and this problem was just 3 or 4 days now.


    can you also look into why sometimes when i jump port i notice i don't see my drones, implying i have port lagged and have to refresh page lol, it is really annoying during fights. it happens very often.

    I currently use Google Chrome, but i have used Internet explorer but that wasnt much help either lol. i did not port lagg on IE but i had no mini-map. so i just stayed using Chrome.

    I'm sorry for this much trouble but it really got to me this week and had to do somethign about it.

  4. Send your Router & Computer IP to support. If the Authorization Failed message lasts for more than a few days, even after doing the steps above, it's most likely an IP chat ban.

    Is there any other advice from a SMOD, CA, BA, or higher?

    I had this message when logging in if I was sitting on an asteroid (a CBS that has not been claimed by a clan) but when I moved off it and relogged chat was fine. Not sure if that is your issue but worth a try
