    ok i have 2 questions, 2nd Offense will receive a 2day chat ban.
    3rd Offense will receive 7day chat ban and 2 day account suspension.
    4th Offense will receive 7day account suspension and 30day chat ban.
    5th Offense will receive Permanent/ip ban.

    does that mean at 5th ban you get your account perma banned? if so then i think it should be changed to a perma chat ban instead as account ban is very harsh. alot of people get banned and if this is the way chat will work then in a while this game will have no one left :L

    5th Offense will receive Permanent/ip ban refers to chat ban only I reckon.

    wow so you get banned 5 times then you get perma chat bann, bit extreme? I highly doubt there will be many lefton chat...:eek:
