CHEATS

Well was very interesting in 4-5 this afternoon, base built, lots of UFE defending it til one clan EIC on GB1 turn up, have lock on enemy ship and lo and behold can not fire a single round off, dont need to mention clan as GB1 Know who it will be, able to lock single ships when in melee, hardly take any damage even when 2-3 ships shooting at them x4 ammo, instant repair of HP when they do eventually get low.

So i put it to BP, where are your Mods when the cheats are playing the game? where are the CM when the cheats are playing the game? time to Fes up BP!!

 

Not only that threats in chat about killing people daughters and racist remarks. What has this game come too, i didnt think i would ever see it sink this low. You need active CM'S and cheat sweeps 24-7 or your never going to get the players back. The high spenders who do cheat how long with they last when everyone else goes elsewhere. Enough is enough sort it out guys.

One unhappy customer....yes customer not gamer.

 

Got chat ban, not sure how long for, not standing for players saying things about other players family and CM/CA having to be shouted at to do something about it, the game has lost all credibility, this customer will no longer spend a penny on this game

 

the fact you "customers" get so mad is ridiculous its the internet where big mouths can run off at people side note the fact you have to pay to enjoy this game is funny you got every free option to get better have ammo and have and you choose to spend money and complain if your not enjoying the time spent or money then leave the game and go find another quit crying like babies and grow up every game going to have problems and cheats welcome to the new age where anything and everything can be hacked and changed

 

machine, this game is inhabited by a few clans who never get caught when they are using cheat code, does that not make you think that there is something wrong with either the system or the people in charge? on another note, punctuation goes a long way to making it easy to read what you write

 

I believe in free speech and that applies to offensive speech. BUT
I can see why there are cms/chat programs. There are fairly young kids in the game. BUT I don't think players or ex-players should be policing chat.
A multi-million dollar company can afford to vet and hire and pay people to do it.

The bug where you can't see the ships on the screen and they see and shoot you is a gd disgrace to online gaming!

I've personally witnessed the magic HP refill during a fight and the guy got real quiet when I asked what he used(as in what he used legally).
It wasn't a battle rep bot either. He had a sliver and it refilled, he was flying a Spectrum.

And who cares about accusations? I get them and I don't cheat , who cares.

It's bad on my server there is sometimes only 10-20 players in the global chat. If that.

And there's still idiots running around the low maps smoking any noobs who may have just signed up.

It's a hot mess.

 

if dark orbit cared about anything they would've fixed the hacks before the bots to adjust everything accordingly people cared less about bots than they did hacks east 1 had people hacking for 3 years solid then they banned bots and released constant updates then the hacks went away for a while- side note i don't condone either but i'd rather have bots = easy kills then face immortal hackers and auto locking groups bigpoint decided their fate long ago but you "customers" keep spending so enjoy that thought

 

The issue of cheats is sometimes misplaced & leads to false & malicious accusations which can be unfounded.

Having said that, the thing is that CHEATS DO EXIST!!

If only a couple of players accuse the same player of cheating, then you can possibly say that the accusation is unfounded/baseless.

However, if the accusations from from several players, then is should be looked & considered to perhaps have some basis to it.

Then again, if the accusations come from quite a lot of players, then my opinion is there is definitely something amiss!!

There are cases around on every server of certain players being accused of cheating by many other players.

We all heard the excuses made by the accused. These range from having double boosters to very large screen tvs & the use of 4k tvs _ & to be honest, this is pure & total baloney.

I have seen so many accused players (& I mean those who have been accused by many other players) able to lock others (myself included) from offscreen & they say that this is due to them playing on a very large screen - total rubbish!! I play on a 46" Full HD LED tv & I can't lock other players offscreen, so how someone does it to me is outrageous. There will be excuses that some players suffer lag & others don't - & again I don't believe in this myself as I have a specially made very high spec gaming pc - AMD fx-8350 8 core CPU & GeForce GTX 670 GPU,16GB Corsair DDR3 1600MHz Low Profile Vengeance Memory, Corsair Series 730T water cooled case. So, do I get lag ... absolutlely not & I am an exclellent internet connection!!

Also, as mentioned above, I have seen players take an unbelievable amount of damage with very little or no effect.

I have also come across players who show a really good grasp of English, yet at times their English seems absolutely atrocious - which, in my opinion, means that there is MORE THAN ONE PERSON PLAYING THAT ACCOUNT!!

Obviously, there will be responses to these comments from other players & from Admin implying all kinds of reasons why certain things occur.

The simple fact is that when a few are accused by a great many, then either the great many are fools, idiots & brain-dead or there is some basis to their accusations.

The underlying fact in all this is MONEY!! Bigpoint is out there to make as much money as it can.

There are a great many videos on YouTube showing players cheating, using hacks, having near infinite health & shields & even having more than 2 configs ... & NOT ALL THESE VIDEOS COULD HAVE BEEN DOCTORED, ALTERED, MANIPULATED!!

 

The fact is as long as there is a video game, there will be a way to cheat it.

Auto lock did exist. As far as does it now, idk, but it is possible.

The only thing they did is start running programs that look for cheats and catch them. Pally bot, box bot, auto kill alien bot.

Notice they say banned such and such accounts for "botting". They don't mention any other forms of cheating.

The game is soo bad that some lag and game technical issues may seem to be hacks but aren't which only confuses it all that much more.

Just like the Solace bug now, not a hack just a glitch created somehow accidentally by BP. Or is it?

The worst part is we are getting nothing from them right now as far as answers and that also isn't helping.

There are so many things wrong with the game they must be in panic mode trying to fix it.

Just look at the JPA thing that STILL doesnt work right. I had support tell me yesterday they know about it and are trying to fix it? it's been going on a long time. They are clueless it seems.

And they don't even have the common courtesy to come on this forum and talk to us. The silence is deafening.

Giving the them any more money would be insanity from my point of view and yet somehow I still do, not much but I still do.

I should see a shrink.


And please I would love an actual BP employee to come here and prove me wrong on anything I said here. Please we beg of you !

there is no answer, we have all been here before, the only way bp will listen is when u dont pay to play, then and only then will they take heed...it was disgusting last night to see rimjob attack one of my mates on chat, where on earth were the cms ca ga, the game has gone down the pan big style, lets hope the band keep playing as it sinks to the depths...cancels all subs

 

The game admin team need to start listening to us players on this issue, there are players who appear to be above reproach when it comes to using cheats on the game, players who are infamous for using cheats get away with it time and time again yet if we speak up about it we are the ones who get singled out and punished for it. Then comes the players who cheat then knowing they can do no wrong become very offensive in chat towards those who accuse them to the point that it is just pushing players away from the game. Admin team need to get on top of this issue and get it sorted, just yesterday I had seen a player who openly admits to using cheats has had his account banned several times yet still finds a way back onto the game in an uber fe ship which we know they will have bought from another player. So what if a cheating player spends money on the game, this is not a right for them to then cheat and not be punished over it. For years you refused to acknowledge the truth of the matter and now they are back in full swing we find the same old cheats getting away with it yet again.

 

I must say i was totally sickened and hurt by the insults and threats to my family yesterday, i contact support and all i got told was to take a screenshot of the comments. little bit too late now dont u think BP, luckily CA draig came on read and banned the players who were responsible. Big thanks to all who were on chat at the time and sent complaints to support on my behalf. I will continue to play the game but after yesterday i really have thought long and hard about it. you will see me about and lets all hope they can never get the opertunity to insult people like that again. just quickly how can BP not have a log of those chats, its ridiculous with the amount of money they earn.

 

We are talking about cheats not about your feelings getting hurt in the chat box.

U have to screenshot and send in a ticket and they will ban them accordingly.

I do agree with you that they can afford to hire people to police the chat.

 

on the cheat seen i sent to support yesterday and got a reply in hours off kara she says they run a script on all servers for bots and cheats using scripts be patient they will get caught hope its soon or prem rebate doubler not getting renewed and my ship can rust in hell

I don't know which one is more annoying the auto lagger's, auto locker's or the instant full hit pointer's
Personally I mostly see them use their magic when you have them dead to rights. Then all kinds of things
start to happen. Like they gain full instant HP, you somehow have lock but nothings happening, they get
away or you somehow pop, lol. Sadly DO know who most the cheats are maybe they have always known
but can't ban them.

I don't know how the script works but if people can turn these things off/on only when they get in a bind.
How are the gonna catch them?

 

its not a cheat the hotkey's not working is a known glitch and can happen at any time a simple relog is a fix happens to everyone

 

It is not possible to cheat in flash game ...said every mod/admin on DO forums since 2006 - 2012

I would like to say that because I accused a player of using cheats the other night I get accused of promoting the Idea to use cheats on this game, Which is not at all the case ! I believe that someone that got mad because I accused them of using cheats had me banned from chat, I also Know you can get cheats online, But I don't use them at all aqand never would . I would also turn them in for it ! I Don't like cheats, At one time a year or two ago I was a Moderator on this game, And when I play this game , I do it for the fun of it , Nor do I sit and argue on a chat with anyone , But its okay for the other players to bad mouth me on chat, And I don't see them getting banned. I mean , What's up with that? I don't Know, But it all seems to be a little one sided here , Take for instance , A ship comes and shoot my ship and kills me with two shots from his lazzer, I mean , Come on Admin , Im on your side....

 

Unbelievable Friday, 1-7 enemy clan using magic, no one can lock them and i get banned in chat for calling them on it, BP sort your game out before it dies!!
