My husband and I play this game daily. The hacks are totally out of control. I spend at least $100 a week on Uri. PEASE do something about the cheaters.

 

βridezilla♥ there is a system control which is detecting players using ilegible softwares (bots). There isn't much what we (fair players) can do against them. Only shoot, shoot, shoot them down over and over, and their end will come one day.

 

you could... you know... record them? and send it to support? then they get banned

 

Forget sending video evidence to Support - their response tends to be that they will not accept it because it is unreliable as it can be altered/changed/doctored.

 

So since you spend money on the game you feal as if you should demand that they do something...darkorbit has said that they are banning bots..and cheaters. Send a ticket in and maybe if your like me and polite to support they will help you

Well it true videos can be altered pictures also, let them figure out how to find and ban them and maybe help them on there never ending quest to stop cheating. We have all almost been in TS where maybe 1 or another person admits to cheating. WE have seen it to some degree just record and send it in even if they wont accept they might see it not faked if they get enough things on one person.

 

Don't bother with videos,they do not accept any proof only their "almighty" script

If cheaters are in top 10 on your server you have more chance of winning lottery then them being banned.

Learn how not to fight them or if you are caught so you cant escape ..make sure that fighting you will cost them

 

Just send in the server time the players name were it happened IE what map. They have sent me messages that they will look into the player's account. Good Luck

We certainly do NOT allow or condone any type of cheating within the game, nor does support. We all do work very hard to combat this with the tools we have available, but it is a cat and mouse game, as are many things in the online world. We work to prevent and eliminate these types of issues, and some people will always spend their time trying to figure a way around it.

Please know this is a issue which we discuss very often with support and they are aware of the importance of this and are continually working to refine and improve their detection systems, as a fair and honest game is one of the main goals of both of our teams.
