CITADEL - 2 Rocket Launchers work same as 1. Fix it!

  1. lol apparently not many people fly the Citadel like I do...:D..

    Seems the majority wants to citadel to get an update...But question is.
    Would this update put the citadel equal to goliath even more or be dominate compared to it?Goliath is the Star ship of DO...Its their icon and they have made clear to keep it at the top of the list.

    I don't regard it as an update; more of a fix. After the first initial volley there is no advantage to the 2nd rocket launcher on the citadel. It just doesn't make sense.

    Even with the extra damage that the fix would create it is too slow to equal a goliath in my opinion.
     
  3. No, an extra rocket launcher cannot override 200k damage from the goliath. No worries there.
     
  4. How about different rocket launchers? Only 1 uri launcher and 1 cred launcher allowed. not so overpowering xD Just joking.
     
  5. I don't see what is the problem, because laser damage overcomes Rocket launcher's firepower (x2 aka HSTRM-01) when lasers firepower is multiplied (x4)

    And if you take even closer look about this thing, hellstorm launcher has slight cool down, witch also makes lasers more efficient against hellstorms, and lasers don't have any cooldown (Except RSB-75)

    And launcher loads one missile/seconds.
    So that means that, with this (FIX) Citadel gains maximum of ~4000 Dmg./second more, what it currently hits.

    That wont make it stronger than Goliath in any situation.
    (Except, if its Newbie against UFE.)

  6. Ok the reason I even posted here is to show people the citadel is equally as powerfull as a goliath..you get herculese,heart formation, double hp boost you get 1,036,800 hp.
    And if your using 20 level 16 b02 and double boosted on shields thats 770k shields.That config will squash any config with decent shields on it.

    Now on average the new influence designs hit 200k rsb and x4 with rocets and stuff going...citadel hits 193k rsx x4 and hellstorm the hellstorm put the tank on equal power levels...with 5 second reload I can drain any golis shield with sars before mine drop below 1/4 of its maximum shields...

    At the moment my dual rocket launchers are lvl 10 and hit 58k with sar-02 , in 10 seconds with this idea id drain 116,000 shields now to add in sabs if I wanted to use them thats 25,000 more shield damage if I was double boosted on dmg and im not ufe yet.141,000 shields gone in 10 seconds without using sab for 10 seconds straight.

    Now imagine a suicide config on the citadel with lvl 16 launchers UFE and double boosted on everything.. I could quite confidently say...I would never pop again.
