Citadel draw fire on the portal

    Citadels should lose demilitarization when they draw fire on the portal.

    They do, already. Draw fire is seen as an attack.

    no, if a citadel doesn't attack anyone and draws fire on the portal enemies won't be able to lock anyone else and can't the citadel either.

    Portal is a DMZ, so nothing wrong there.

    portal is dmz until you shoot someone, if you draw fire you should lose DMZ since you're wanting to get hit and safe others.

    You are using an 'ability' - not firing, so the DMZ factor - stays.
