In my opinion, if your clan want to be stronger/better act as 1 and not as an individual, instead of having one person making all the decisions allow people in your clan to have an opinion in the matter, Not only will this create a clan that fights/plays together but it will also make everyone in the clan feel important, as if they matter, also try to us TeamSpeak rather then clan chat/page, its faster and better.



Don't forget to you also do more damage when everyone hunts together

 

Very good points. Everyones opinion does matter and should be heard. I can buy that. You still want to have someone or several people calling the shots and giving direction. From the number of large clans that I have been apart of one thing stand out above all else. People making up the clan all having the same goal or very close to the same. The whole one vision thing.
Having personally gone after a number of DOC members I have to say you guys run a very tight clan. Lots of people running in groups and covering each other. All great things needed when moving in and around the maps. Thank Gawd there are always a few who think they dont need a group. And yes, sometimes they dont and sometimes I bet they wish they had that group with them.

I agree with you Ballistik, a strong clan fights together and always work together towards a common goal or goals, that include fighting, making URI or just killing NPCs but when it comes to making decisions, it's all about voting and understanding everyones opinion and understanding that at the end of the day its only a game.
