    At first, we would like to apologize for the confusion about the bonus booking from yesterday's newsletter. We now activated the bonus for all accounts related to the emails in our list and you can collect it by simply logging in to your account (if you are currently logged in, please logout and login again). To verify that you got the bonus booked, please check your logbook.
    There may be rare cases which still do not get the bonus booked. If you are one of these users and you have opted-in for the newsletter before yesterday, please contact our game support (http://darkorb.it/support). Support will forward your userID to the DarkOrbit team to be processed. At the same time this will give us the chance to analyze why your email was not on our list to circumvent such issues in the future.

    Hello again,

    Some of you have contacted support to let them know you did not receive the newsletter, and that information was passed on where applicable.

    Between now and September 1st, those of you who contacted support and were applicable for the newsletter should find the rewards with your next log-in.

    If you have not yet contacted support regarding this yet, this is the last week to do so as these are time sensitive! Any from this past weekend through this week will continue to be reviewed, collected and passed on.

    Please keep in mind that if your Newsletter options are set to "No" you would not receive a newsletter from us, and then would not be eligible for this; we also have some affiliates who block our newsletters from coming through. If yours is verified as one of these, then unfortunately this would remain out of our hands. Unfortunately these things may prevent you from being able to receive the newsletter bonus despite contacting support.

    Those of you from the past week should find the newsletter bonus has been added to your account; you will need to log in before September 7th to receive the bonus (again this only applies to the ones between 17-24th, the ones sorted last week still need to log in before Sept1).
