    Is this feature broken? Nothing I do allows for new ranks to be created. The window opens to allow for it but it doesn't appear that selecting functions for a new rank is possible nor does saving a new rank in order to apply it to a member.
    Is it possible that there needs to be a minimum number of members in order for this to work?

    Any information as to what might possibly be preventing this from working would be welcome.
