[UI] Clan Battle Station Limit per clan

    Often times top players on a server in terms of rank will join one clan no matter the company to build a clan battle station on each map. This way they have the fire power and credits and uri to build and keep them built. They will put experience and honor boosters on each station so that they get bonus experience and honor from all their gates. Not only does this make it unfair for any other player currently trying to keep up. It makes it impossible for anyone to have the chance to use them. Adding a CBS limit would allow for more equal game-play and introduce a need for strategic placement rather than just spamming them in maps. Maybe having 1 Clan battle Station for every 10 players that are in a clan would make sense. Maximum 5 per clan.
