Cloak Chip Cool downs

    Shouldn't cloak chip's have a Cool down? Everything else has a cool down. Rockets Emp burst insta shields. in my opinion cloak chip's need at least a 3 sec cool down in between cloaks.

    This seems a good idea and I agree wholeheartedly... It would also serve to relieve the issue of 'cloak spamming' ...

    YES cloak chip needs to have a cool down for it is being abused at the moment

    I say 5 min would be more reasonable as a cool down.
