collecting uridium does not go into account.

I just collected 300 uridium and it never went into my account I was using auto collector level 3 just got it.

anyone help.

Your wondering why it doesn't go to your account? Your skylab perhaps? You'd have to send it to your skylab, if it's not registering for a quest then your not collecting it in the right manner, try cargo boxes, if it's not registering on your account at all then I'd suggest clearing cache and restarting browser.

 

All im doing mate is collecting uri you no the blue rocks normally when you collect it it goes into your account its got nothing to do with skylab or boxes you collect uri it goes to your account yes or no.

 

Sorry Im talking about uridium when I collect it it should go into my account yes or no because I just collect 300 and it never appeared in my account.

Your pet was boxing for you and collected 300 uridium and it never appeared on your account? Perhaps it did but you haven't noticed, try totally relogging and maybe restarting your browser and clearing your cache.

 

I have dun all that mate 3 times i have tried went back in collected even more still not going to my account.
and yes I know how much uri I have.

Please click on Uridium option on your backpage and then click on Balance and please review the log-book and check whether there is a entry for it or not.

I have checked Balance theres nothing there mate zero uri collected.

Just collected another 20 uri still nothing in my account or ballance or logbook.

The last thing in ballance was Bonus box at 1628 12 2 2014

Will try clearing catch again relog browser log back in see if anything has changed.

 

Blue rocks arent uri, you get uri from bonus box

Please make sure you are not collecting rocks (any colour) as it won't give you any uridium, to get uridium you need to collect bonus boxes.

Ok cleared catch flash player settings .just collected another 20 uri there's nothing in balance or logbook or in my account.

Your saying collecting blue rocks gives you nothing.

 

Blue rockets can be sold for credits at base or refined to more valuable resources but they aren't worth much and shouldn't be confused for uridium.
