compensation for lose paid subscription(GB1 LOST CON)

    DO is a business and we are basically customers/subscribers and as such we paid real money, since this is gb1 server i am sure they are bound to english commercial laws. now i am formally asking DO to compensate me for my lose. i subscribed for XL doubler and i made good uris on my first day of subscription. i want HAVOC DESIGN or some LF4 as a compensation since i cannot box for the last 3 days now.

    So why haven't you been able to box? Why do you need LF4's and Havoc designs as compensation for a box doubler?
