Compensation for Weekend Issues

    Hello Space Pilots,

    We apologize for the technical issues you had to deal with this weekend.

    As many of you have lost valuable game time, we would like you to know that we have planned the following to say “sorry”:

    · All affected players will get their Galaxy Gates rebooked that were used between Saturday, 1 February 2014, midnight, and Sunday, 2 February 2014, 13:00h CET

    · All affected players will, for same timeframe, get their drones restored (up to the maximum number possible)

    · The Double Kronos Parts event will be re-run on Saturday, 8 February 2014.

    · On Tuesday (tomorrow, 4 February) we will run a 5% Honor Boost day, and on Thursday (6 February) a 5% XP Boost day.

    We hope that you will find this a satisfactory compensation for the temporary technical issue. The issue itself has been fixed and we will try to ensure that it will not happen again.
