Compensation script for Display Bug in several game maps on 12th April from 10 am to 6 pm CEST

    Hello Space Pilots,

    We had some game issues with a Display Bug in several game maps from 12th April at 10 am CEST and it could only be fixed on 12th April at around 6 pm CEST.

    Today, we did a compensation script for all players who had premium during the affected period as well as for all players who had real-time boosters active during the affected period. This is what was booked:
    • 1 Day Premium: To all players who had premium active during the affected period
    • Real-time boosters: The duration of boosters that were active during the affected period (max hours of boosters that have been compensated is 8 hours)
    Please note: If players received lesser than 8 hours of boosters for compensation, it means their booster wasn’t active for he whole 8 hours duration from 10 am to 6 pm, and expired before 6 pm CEST.
