    Hello,

    I would like to make a complaint against the Customer Care Team who is dealing with a problem i am having.

    2 reply's in 48 hours and just as i finally get result another "Player" Takes over and now i am back to the beginning again.

    I think it is Disgraceful that the player dealing with my issue can pass it on to someone else who has now.. received an angry email.

    I understand that you receive many emails a day and it takes time to go through them but if its taking 12-24 or even 48 hours for a response then your moderation team seriously needs more active player's, I mean staff ;)

    I do hope that a GTL ( BigPoint Employee ) reads this complaint as i think some serious investigating needs to be done to see who is not pulling their weight around here..

    I have been on this game 3 days, 2 of those days waiting for a simple solution to be resolved. Not a great start but it may explain why bigPoint is now loosing players, And money.

    I can appreciate your frustration, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Support queries can typically take a day or two for a response - this has always been the case. Depending on the nature of the issue and the personnel available, you may receive a response from different people throughout the course of investigating your Ticket.

    Unfortunately, my only recourse is to direct you back to Support. We do not deal with Support issues on the Forum - that is something you will need to take up with them personally. If you are having a problem with your current contact, you can request that a different or more senior manager responds to your query. Beyond that, there is little else that I can advise.
