Connection issues last weekend & current open issues

    Hello Space Pilots,

    During the last weekend we were experiencing a massive DDoS attack against our systems.
    While our IT team tried their best to defend against this, the attack had an impact on your gaming experience. Some players are reporting that they lost lives in the Galaxy Gates, some mention that their boosters have run out.

    We have asked our support to manually re-book the lost lives and boosters to everyone who reported to our support team before 18h CEST (UTC+2) today.

    As part of our team is attending conferences in Cologne this week, we apologize should this take a few days to answer all reports and requests.

    At the beginning of next week we can re-check with full dev power.

    Yesterday our Hitac event has started and again we are experiencing higher loads than usual on our servers. This however is not an attack but is directly connected to the event and the higher number of players being active.

    Also we are aware of an annoying issue stopping players from using certain items they collected or purchased. While these items are visible in the inventory, they cannot be used. We have made this our top priority this week.
