Correct Support reply

  1. Hello guys at the e-mail from support i have to reply some informations.
    What i must do to reply 100% correctly back to support?

  2. If it was the first reply from them, or as we like to say the automated reply where they ask for your information and another reason for the ticket, just wait for a reply from a support tech. The automated reply is just there to let you know that your ticket was recieved.

  3. Yeah i know that i mean how i reply with my Ticket correctly? I got the real mail not the automated and know thats my question =)
     
  4. Just click the reply on your email just like any other normal email
     
  5. What did they told you to tell them? You mean like they said "what is your browser and verson of flash" etc. ?
     
  6. Just hit reply and answer whatever question they asked of you.

    Thank you all for assisting this player with their issue. As they are correct. All you have to do to reply to a ticket from support, is reply to the email that you received from them answering whatever questions they have asked.
