CPU's Disappeared

Hi,
Please help me, my extras disappeared from my ship on the map, and its not repairing any more or gives any effects from my cpu's extras!!!

Those pictures show the extras at my ship equipment and my ship cpu's at the map:

clear flash and java temp files relog and fixed

 

I format my pc and i installed a new system and i downloaded Firefox browser, it was chrome browser before when this problem happened, and im still cant find my extras effects on my ship on the map!!!!

Please I'm asking for help from, im still cant play my game!

 

ELBIAN, Can you post your UserID and the Server you are experiencing the issue on?

Try deleting ship setup in hanger make sure you delete both configs. Log out then log back in and set your ship back up. I have had this issue happen when switching from goli to a vengi, and as soon as i place design on vengi everything is gone. By deleting both configs and replacing them fixed it for me.

 

Hello ELBIAN, it is possible you aren't aware there are 2 configurations? It seems you may have changed onto the second config where you haven't equipped those extras in hangar. The default command in game is "C" to change config.

Have a look in your first screenshot. See the "1" above where it says SPACESHIP. Click the "2" and check that config.
