credit not refund from auction

    yesterday on 20 April at 19.59 i bid on shield booster for 75,111,111 credit. In the auction page, before the auction end it show that was the highest bidder but did not received the booster and credit did not get refund. Also in the history log of auction i seen that a player with lower credit have won the booster.

    This is happening so many times you would think there would be a sticky or something by now...

    Make sure your bid didn't go onto the next auction. If it did not then send your logs to support who should arrange a refund for you.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue:

    If you did place a bid, and that bid was lost, you should have recieved your credits back. In the event that you have not received those credits refunded... You will need to contact support.

    Please provide the following information:
    Ship name
    User ID
    Server

    Transaction of the auction from your log book.
