Daily Auction Bug

The daily Auction bid does not work properly. It does not give the won item and doesn't return the credits. I'm unable to view daily bid history beyond 2014-11-13 16:05:00. However the date I bid was 2014-11-30

It looks like you got one bid back. How about the time AFTER 6:59 on 11/30? We don't need to know what went on before that, as you got one bid back already ( the 16:58 LF3 bid).

SO post your logs AFTER 6:59 on 11/30. No need to see before 16:00 on 11/29 right ???

EDIT : Unless you are saying there are even older bids you made, on 11/30, that were never refunded, AND you can't get the history to go back far enough?? If that's the case that stinks, get those screenshots earlier next time : /

I cannot see any issue with the refunds in the logs that you have posted above. Is there any chance you could be more specific as to which bid it is you are having issues with?

I probably got the refund because someone else bid more than I did whereas the second time I was the highest bidder until the end. Here is my updated balance page:

Where is the log for 7:00 or 7:01 on 30/11 ???, That's where the refund would go, or it would say "item purchased" or whatever. The one bid you're showing here, at 6:59, would be refunded the following minute, why are you posting logs from the following day, 1/12, when you have no bids then?

 

That's the whole point, there is nothing after 6:59 on 30.11. The next record shows balane when I logged in a few hours later
