This app is getting lots of advertisements on forums and google but when can we actually use it? It seem like a bad idea to advertise a program that cant be used especially giving its popularity in smart phone app downloads just look at the dl numbers.

I saw that am I will say the same thing that was said by a moderator:

Do not download anything, or put your username and password into anything, without getting notified through either an email or through the forums that there is an official app.

 

It's probably a fake "app" which was made by some loser, who's after players accounts.

 

That sounds like the old Uri scams for text and stuff.
I would not download anything unless it was officially announced and endorsed.

 

Sorry guys it is real as BP would have removed it for infringements, I have done some searches and ALL links go back to bigpoint hamburg. I read on another post it has been released early 2nd Jan. It has 20k + downloads so it is popular, if this app was fake BP would not allow its intellectual rights to be used this way.

 

Well I stopped using credit cards when I was still spending money on this game because I saw that BP made fraudulent charges to some peoples accounts. Since apps sometimes have that 'charge account' power for people I wouldn't even trust BigPoint on my tablet. Sorry.. not gonna download it.

They are however getting better in the customer service department.

There was a app back a few years ago but it was stopped about 2010-11 time.

Let me ask you a few questions to think about.

Where did you find this app at?
Did you research it?
Did you go find any mention of it on the BP main site.
Is there any mention of it on any BP/bp game site?
DId you connect actaul do/bp support about it?
If there was an app don't you think it would be advestize on here?

 

The app from 2010 was "gps missions pro" that app was suspended for safety reasons, prizes in middle of lakes and motorways etc. I had that app as well then Europe support was removed and the app removed from UK stores.

If you click to email support where is sais game problems ,general questions it has another feature now called questions about apps.
No clue either what it means or where to get this.

 

I just sent them a message regarding this app, Thnx for the info I wonder when they added that into support

 

Okay, Here is the real 100% deal with the APPS tab in support.
It is for applying to be a mod. Support sais it helps them sort the applications for moderators.
Here is a part of the email I got back from them.

"That is a email label option usually reserved for players who are applying to join the moderator team. It is simply a label for us here in the support area to let us know where to send those particular requests."

 

the reply i got back using app support said all projects will get announced on FB and to keep checking.
