    Hi I wonder how can I change to which server my darkorbit newsletter binds to?
    I mean is there anyway (or must I contact support) to change to the server I play on to get the newsletter bonuses at. It was a bit annoying for me today to find out that I got special ammo and some bootykeys and even a cloak thingy in some server I rarely use but still log on too ..

    So how can I change for definite the server my newsletter-bonuses will come to?

    Hi there,

    Normally any rewards sent out as part of a newsletter is normally given in the form of a voucher code, which you can then manually submit onto your account to receive the rewards associated with the voucher.

    This time it appears that the rewards given were done through a link rather than a voucher, meaning unfortunately i am unable to answer in this case how to set up so that the rewards go to a specific server.

    It could be possible that the rewards go to the server in which you logged in last, since you stated you still log onto that server, however this is the only possibility i can think of.

    I think you would be best in this case to direct this question to support.

    I am sorry that for this particularly issue i could not be of any further assistance.
