DarkOrbit's 6th birthday GATE

Hello, one friend of my got in x-1 map a gate called "DarkOrbit's 6th birthday" and I wonder how I can get that gate.
Another friend got his gate right now.

it was for Dark Orbit's 6th birthday. Every player that logged in on the 11th of December received the 6th Birthday Gate automatically. The Gate was placed on the X-1 map. So if we did not log in that day i could say our chances to see it again are not possible lol. It could be your friends logged in that day and maybe started the first wave and they are returning users and still have it on their x1 map.

Loyal thanx but i dont need a answer from wikia ... one got today the gate and another 2 weeks ago...They didnt had the gate on map...

 

What gate ? I didn't get that one.. On 11th of December we had the Skoll Gates..

 

No, that gate was given out at December 2012.
This gate has "7-segment display" style number '6' in the middle, made out of impassable blocks. Once the last alien is killed, the '6' opens up and there is a cargo box in the middle of the gate that contains rewards, which has to be picked up to complete it - a detail often overlooked by the players.

 

How are they getting the gate now??

 

I doubt they are, i think these noobs have something mixed up. Either they have had it, or they got another gate and said it was the b-day gate. You can not get the gate, unless you actually attempt to hack DO and do some coding for your ship, which i doubt any of that happened.

 

No need to get lippy. As you can see that gate was from years ago, and with the wiki reference, you knew that. If your friend just got one, it is a fluke.
