    For most of the day yesterday, US East 3 and I'm sure other servers experienced connection issues and according to the emails from support: REMOVED
    When I was able to log back onto my account, I was unable to log the 4th day of the December Calendar which now makes this event incomplete. Will there be any way Darkorbit reimburses us players for that missing day since this was a issue on the game's side and not on our (the players) side?

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    The December Calendar as on 4th December 2014 worked fine but if this affected large number of players then it would be support's decision to give compensation to players or not.

    Note: Please refrain from posting support's reply on forums in future as it may earn you an infraction.

    Also since you had contacted support would suggest to continue with the same ticket.
